HARVEST WALK 2019
Join the Fight Against Hunger
We're excited to announce the date of Sunday, October 6th for our annual Harvest Walk. This event raises funds to fight hunger both locally and globally. 75% of the funds raised will fight hunger in Johnson County and 25% may be used to fight hunger around the world with a choice of world service organizations. If you prefer, you may allocate 100% to the IFPJC. We're so grateful to our walkers, donors, and volunteers for making this event a success!
You may register as an Individual (suggested $25 donation) or as a Family (suggested $40 donation). Walkers who make a $10 minimum donation will receive a T-shirt on the day of the walk.
A 3-mile route beginning and ending at Grace United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Adams Drive, Franklin, follows the Franklin trail system into the park and through Franklin College. Participants can walk or run the course. An alternative short loop is also available.
Want to get involved? That's easy! You can register to walk in the event, or you can help us spread the word about this event. (Or do both!)
